    • The fluid or dispersion is coated in a pressure-tight reactor as a thin film. The surface of the film is treated with an extractant, especially liquid- or super-critical CO2. The surface of the thin film is constantly replenished with fluid or dispersion through mechanical action, over at least part of the layer thickness. The surface of the thin film is renewed by wiping, rolling or blade-coating, simultaneously adjusting layer thickness. The pressure-tight reactor (1) has feed openings (14, 16) for fluid to be treated. Compressed extractant (CO2) is introduced through coating openings (15, 17). The fluid is coated on the internal casing (13) of the reactor using an internal rotor (8) with radial arms. These hold rods (11) running parallel to the axis (9), which carry scrapers, wipers or rollers (12). The reactor has a cylindrical or conical internal casing. The rotor shaft is connected through a magnetic coupling with the drive (6). The feed opening is a radial and axial bore in a cover (2) connecting and sealing with the tubular reactor. The reactor tube has end flanges (4, 5) connected to it. The pressure tight, sealing covers (2, 3) are connected to the flanges.
