A film structure of an implant screw having a tungsten carbide and a carbon coating layer plasma-deposits a tungsten carbide and carbon on the surface of a screw made of a titanium material to form a tungsten carbide and a carbon layer, and thereby reduces coefficient of friction, improves abrasion resistance, improve coupling force and reduces loosening. The tungsten carbide and the carbon coating layer forms a multi-layer structure by letting the tungsten carbide layer and the carbon layer cross each other in the unit of an atoms. The thickness of the tungsten carbide layer and the carbon layer is 1.5-3.5 micrometers.
