    • PURPOSE: A self adhesive and functional skin-protecting bandage for an orthopedic surgery is provided to minimize the generation of a corrugation portion in a surgical operation, to rapidly improve a drying speed by enhancing permeability, to obtain surgical operation convenience. CONSTITUTION: A self adhesive and functional skin-protecting bandage comprises: a mesh layer(10) making weave a mono yarn into a mesh structure; and a self adhesive layer(20) making weave a mono yarn into a ring structure of velvet-type on the upper end and the lower end of the mesh layer. The upper end of the self adhesive layer having the ring structure of velvet-type which is woven in the upper end of the mesh layer is cut. A functional yarn radiating an antibiotic material and anion along a longitudinal direction within the mesh layer is woven in a straight line, zigzag, or a circular spring form.

    • PURPOSE: A complex film, and a manufacturing method are provided to shorten the process by dividing between the layer by weight with only stabilizing the mixture without special effort for some minutes and to prevent the denaturalization of human tissue, thereby largely increasing the physical strength of film. CONSTITUTION: A complex film includes a ECM(Extracellular matrix) component extracted from a fat tissue, which lipid is removed, and a biocompatible polymer. The biocompatible polymer is selected over one type from a group comprised of polyglycolic acid, a polytacic acid, polylactic-co-glycolic acid. The thickness of the complex film is 0.01nm~1mm. The manufacturing method of the complex film includes next steps; a step of forming suspension by mixing the aqueous solution among ECM power and compatible polymer extracted from fat tissue, which lipid is removed, a step of forming a film by drying the suspension.
