    • A nanoparticle for diagnosis of digestive system disorder is provided to improve diagnosis accuracy in the conventional endoscopy by using a bio-linker capable of selectively binding to bio-molecules causing digestive system disorder, so that the nanoparticle moves to the parts of digestive system disorder and its position is easily detected through luminescence. A nanoparticle for diagnosis of digestive system disorder contains: a core particle containing a magnetic material selected from cobalt, iron, manganese, zinc, nickel and copper; a skin consisting of organic fluorescent material of RITC(rhodamine B isothiocyanate) or FITC(fluoresceine isothiocyanate) or inorganic fluorescent material such as CdSe, ZnSe, CdS, ZnS or CdSe-ZnS and surrounding the core particle; a coating layer consisting of inert material selected from SiO2, polymer, Au and Ag and surrounding the skin; and a bio-linker bound to the surface of coating layer, wherein the bio-linker is DNA, antibody, RNA, peptide or small peptide.
