摘要： Disclosed are a method for displaying a medical image using a virtual patient model and an apparatus thereof. A method for displaying a medical image using a virtual patient model according to an embodiment of the present invention enables a user (doctor) to check various medical images and important images of a patient intuitively, and enables the doctor to check medical condition of the patient by using the medical image of the patient easily, and can provide convenience for the user in checking medical information of the patient, by including the steps of: acquiring at least one medical image of the patient; checking a photographed part of each medical image; judging whether there is a lesion in the medical image; controlling a display direction of a predetermined human body model of the patient by considering the position of the lesion in case the lesion exists; and displaying the medical image by arranging the medical image on the checked photographed part of the human body model whose display direction is controlled.
