    • PURPOSE: A diagnostic device and a diagnostic method for lungs using electromagnetic waves capable of determining the location of a pulmonary tumor are provided to reduce time spent in determining the location of a pulmonary tumor by dispensing with an additional processing of a signal. CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic device for lungs (200) comprises a receiving part (210), a measuring part (220), a control part (230), and a communication part (260). An electromagnetic wave transmitter (100) includes a transmitting part (110), a control part (120), and a power part (130). The receiving part receives electromagnetic waves transmitted from the transmitter moving along digestive organs. The measuring part measures the amplitude and phase of the received electromagnetic waves. The control part determines the location of a pulmonary tumor based on the measurement result and the location of the transmitter.     • PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal having a BQ(Bio Quotient) measurement function is provided to build a magnetic field detector in the mobile communication terminal, and to easily measure a BQ including blood pressure, pulse, and brain wave quotients, thereby easily managing personal health states. CONSTITUTION: A wireless unit(110) downloads a program for measuring a BQ. An input unit(140) inputs BQ measurement items from an inspected user. A display(120) displays a measured BQ. A magnetic field detector(135) detects fine currents flowing into a specific organ of human body, and recognizes a magnetic field. A sensor driver(132) generates a voltage according to strength of the recognized magnetic field. A signal converter(131) converts a voltage value transmitted from the sensor driver(132) into body quotient data. A signal conversion table matches the voltage value with a body quotient. A memory(150) stores the measured BQ data. A controller(100) reads the BQ data, and transmits the BQ data to the display(120).
