    • PURPOSE: A bone collector for dental treatment is provided to prevent damage to maxillary sinus membrane by excessive cutting of alveolar bone and damage to the alveolar bone by heat generated between cutting blade and the alveolar bone. CONSTITUTION: A bone collector for dental treatment (1) comprises a drill body (10), a cutting blade member (20), and a stopper member (30). A crushing blade (11) is formed in one side of the drill body and a connecting rod (13) detachable from dental handpiece is formed in the other side. The cutting blade member, in which a cutting blade (21) is arranged in the front, is inserted into the cutting blade and combined with the drill body. The stopper member, which is inserted into the cutting blade in order that a part of the fore end of the cutting blade is exposed and combined with the cutting blade member, limits the cutting depth of the cutting blade member.

The tubular mantle includes a cutting edge on a tip edge and a spiral groove from the tip edge to at least a part of a peripheral surface of the tubular mantle.

    • PURPOSE: A surgical instrument for an avascular necrosis of a femoral head is provided to promote the adaptogenic activity of a patient after a surgical operation by grafting a coax. CONSTITUTION: A femur cervix(205) is located on the lower side of a caput femoris(203). The upper and lower sides of the femur are extended from the femur cervix. The greater trochanter(209) and the lesser trochanter(207) are respectively located on the upper and lower sides of the femur. A surgical operator secures the position for a surgical operation facing necrosis. The position of the center of the femur cervix and the necrosis is set to a surgical point. A drill punching is performed by using a drill handpiece. The diameter of the drill corresponds to the diameter of the punching.
