    • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing grape juice with improved preference and grape juice manufactured thereby and provides the grape juice which improves the preference with differentiated flavor and taste by adding further blueberries, sponge gourd fruits, and sap of the sponge gourds to grapes, a main ingredient, and extracting the grape juice together, and thereby has an enhanced health improvement effect. The present invention comprises: a grape preparing step for preparing grapes of which the stem is removed after harvest (S10); a blueberry preparing step for freeze-drying and storing blueberries after harvest (S20); a sponge gourd fruit and sap preparing step for preparing the fruits and sap of sponge gourds by harvesting and cutting the fruits of the sponge gourds, getting the sap, and then putting them into a container (S30); an ingredient mixing step for obtaining 100 wt% of a mixture by mixing 80 wt% of the grapes, 10 wt% of the blueberries, 8 wt% of the sponge gourd fruits, and 2 wt% of the sap of the sponge gourds (S40); and a boiling and concentrating step (S50) for firstly boiling the mixture at 80-120°C for 4-6 hours, removing impurities through a first filtering process, secondarily boiling the extract after the first filtering process at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours for concentrating the extract, and removing impurities through a second filtering process.
