    • PURPOSE: Dried laver food with functional food materials and a preparation method thereof are provided, thereby activating immune system, improving physical constitution, and preventing and treating cancer, so that health of human can be improved. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing the dried laver food with functional food materials comprises the steps of: cutting the seaweeds collected; washing the seaweeds with water; inserting the seaweeds into a rectangular frame; removing water from the seaweeds; spraying a solution or powder of the functional food materials on the seaweeds; drying the seaweeds; separating the dried laver from the rectangular frame; covering the surface of the dried laver with oil; spraying the solution or powder of the functional food materials and salts on the dried laver; and heating the dried laver.
