    • PURPOSE: An LED(Light Emitting Diode) lighting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain proper temperature inside a plant factory by discharging heat generated in a LED lamp through an air circulation device. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LED lamps(7) are arranged inside a lamp house(1). A plurality of LED lamp houses are connected through a piping(8). A temperature sensor detects the temperature inside a grow room and a lamp house. A control device is arranged in an inlet(14) and a vent(13) of the piping. The control device controls the exhaustion of the air inside/outside the grow room. The control device automatically controls the exhaust volume and the exhaustion direction of the vent by comparing the detected temperature of the temperature sensor with a preset temperature.

    • A frost preventing device for orchards is provided to prevent frost damage of fruit trees by sending air to a wider area effectively by fixing a fan at a rotation support part and sending air with rotating at 360 degree. The frost preventing device for orchards comprises: a base(2) that is fixed to a prop at a predetermined height; a motor(4) that is installed on the base(2) and is driven by electric power; a rotation support part(6) that is placed on the base(2), is installed to rotate at 360 degrees by the driving force transferred from the motor(4), and supplies an electric source to a fan(8); a fan(8) that is fixed to the rotation support part(6), and rotates to send air to fruit trees; and a control part(10) that senses a room temperature around the fruit trees, operates the fan(8) if the sensed room temperature is below a preset temperature, and stops an operation of the fan(8) if the room temperature around fruit trees is over the preset temperature. The rotation support part(6) has an angle control part that fixes the fan(8) and controls an air-sending angle of the fan(8).
