摘要： A cultivator power connection structure of a garlic trunk cutting machine is provided to be used at any place by driving the garlic cutting machine by using the power of the cultivator and to reduce manpower required to transfer and store the garlic. A connection pulley(5a) connected to a gear box with a belt is installed on the upper surface of a garlic trunk cutting machine(1), and is connected to a driving pulley(6) of a cultivator. An adjusting bar(301) having a rotation shaft rod is coupled with an equipment bar(301) connected to a fixing bar attached to the side of the garlic trunk cutting machine(1). A connecting tool(4) having a connecting bar(401) is coupled with a rotation shaft rod and then is pivotally coupled with a connecting rod(308). The other side of the connecting rod(308) is coupled with the rotation shaft rod of the adjusting rod.

摘要： A machine for cutting garlic stem and sorting garlic by size is provided, in which a pair of lozenge-shaped belts receive garlic from a garlic supply part and then move to perform the cutting and sorting processes. The machine has a simple structure, shows a good durability, and enables curtailment of manufacturing and maintenance costs. A machine for cutting garlic stem and sorting garlic by size comprises: a garlic supply part(5) which is operated by a motor(2) at the upper part of a main body(1), is equipped with a decelerator(3) including a chain gear(10), and consists of a couple of guide pieces(4) at one side of the main body; a couple of power belt pulleys(7) which are installed by a shaft at a gab for holding garlic between the bottom of the guide pieces and the front end of the main body; a couple of passive pulleys(8) which are installed at the back end of the main body; lozenge-shaped belts(9) which are installed at a couple of power belt pulleys and a couple of passive pulleys; garlic guides(11) which are placed near the belts and prevent the separation of garlic; a couple of revolving blades(12) which are installed by a shaft at intervals of three or four bulbs of garlic from the power belt pulleys to the passive pulleys; and a couple of spur gears(13) and chain gears(14) which are installed at the same shaft as the revolving blades and are also connected to the chain gear and a chain(15) on the decelerator.

摘要： A garlic stalk(stem of garlic flower) picking machine is provided to separate the stalk from garlic leaves and to rapidly take only the garlic stalk while driving the picking machine in a garlic field by comprising guidance pieces for garlic stalk and conical picking rollers between the guidance pieces. The picking machine comprises: a main body equipped with an engine; wheels for driving the main body that is connected to first engine axis by chain; connection elements(6) mounted on the front of the main body including guidance pieces(7) for guiding garlic stalk to the front end; a pair of conical picking rollers(3) between the guidance pieces(7) through axial bars(30); a pair of gears(8) to the axial bars(30); a chain gear(9) mounted on one of the axial bars(30), so that the picking rollers(3) pick the garlic stalk(61) and rotate by the chain. One of the axial bars(30) is connected to a pair of bevel gears and chain gear(13) which is linked to second engine axis(12') through chain gear(15).
