摘要： PURPOSE: An air diffuser smoothly supplying high pressure air is provided to steadily produce micro-bubbles while supplying air with a foamed rubber air diffusing device formed with a rubber material, and to prevent a backward flow of a mixed solution by shutting micro holes when the air supplying is stopped. CONSTITUTION: An air diffuser comprises: a blower(13) to supply air to the inside of an aeration tank(11); an air diffusing unit(20) diffusing the air supplied from the blower; an air supply pipe(12) installed in between the blower and the air diffusing unit to flow the air from the blower to the air diffusing unit; a backward flow prevention valve(40) combined to the air supply pipe to flow the air from the blower, and to prevent a mixed solution inside the aeration tank from backward flowing; and a manifold(30) storing air while connected to the backward flow prevention valve.

摘要： A separable impeller is provided to improve contact with the air of wastewater, and to improve the amount of dissolved oxygen of the wastewater by combining simply a plurality of guide wings with an outer circumference of an impeller wing. A separable impeller includes a circular impeller wing, an agitating wing, and a plate-shaped rectangular guide wing(30). The impeller wing is combined with a rotating shaft or an extension shaft of a motor. The agitating wing is protruded on a lower part of the impeller wing at a constant angle. The plate-shaped rectangular guide wing is combined with an outermost part of the impeller wing at a constant distance. Each fastening unit(50) of the impeller wing and the guide wing includes a plurality of hinge pieces(51), a corresponding hinge(52), and a hinge shaft(55). A screw(57) is formed on sides of the hinge shaft, and the screw is combined with a screw bolt(58). A pressurization protrusion(71) is formed on a screw bolt head(59).
