    • PURPOSE: An antenna manufacturing method using insert injection is provided to prevent a pressed article being separated from a molded article because a joining force of the pressed article and molded article is increased by uneven portions of the pressed article even though an undercut is not formed in the pressed article. CONSTITUTION: An antenna manufacturing method using insert injection is as follows. A pressed article(110) is processed as a designed antenna pattern. An etching reagent is spread on an adhesive surface(111) of the pressed article so that uneven portions(113) are formed. After inserting the pressed article while the adhesive surface having uneven portions faces upward, a melted raw material is injected to the upper part of the adhesive surface so that the pressed article and molded articles are formed into a body.

    • PURPOSE: An antenna using conductive silicon and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable the integration of a carrier and an antenna radiator through a double injection construction method using conductive silicon.
