    • Disclosed are a controlling system using a WCDMA network and a processing method thereof. The controlling system using a WCDMA network according to an aspect of the present invention comprises a management apparatus which is a target to be controlled; a control server for retrieving data from the management apparatus via the WCDMA network; and a 3G modem which is connected to the management apparatus, receives an IP from the WCDMA network according to a set connection schedule, to be connected to the control server, and mediates the data between the control server and the management apparatus. According to the present invention, the controlling system can efficiently transmit and receive data between the control server and each apparatus by using the WCDMA network.

According to the present invention the TCP/IP protocol can be efficiently applied to a low power WRAN transmitting and receiving a small amount of packets by compressing the TCP header.
