    • PURPOSE: A reflector film mirror and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to improve a poor crease on a surrounding part of a reflector film mirror by fixing a washer and a bracket to an aluminum frame with a rivet. CONSTITUTION: A reflector film(1) is made from a petroleum film through a vapor deposition of silver. A first process cuts an aluminum section steel to form a tetragonal aluminum frame(23). A second process inserts a form board(3) into the aluminum frame(23). A third process flattens a reflector film(1) with a grip jig and inserts the reflector film(1) into a groove which is formed on a rear face of the aluminum frame(23). A fourth process fixes a washer(9) and a bracket(8) to the aluminum frame(23) with a rivet(7).

    • The present invention, relating to checking in real time a state of a disk, namely a RAID storage device, in a PC which is an industrial equipment control system like a semiconductor equipment, comprises a software, a disk state displaying LED and an alarm function. If a problem occurs at the disk, a red light at a disk side LED turns on and an alarm like in figure 1 is displayed in the Windows environment. When a worker does not take the proper action against this alarm for a set time, a new alarm pop-up window is displayed at every set interval or an alarm pop-up window exists continuously on the top in a GUI screen until the disk problem gets solved.     • PURPOSE: A RAID card device is provided to enable to use RAID in an industry control system without spare space, by supporting the RAID without using a separate main board slot. CONSTITUTION: A RAID card case forms a rectangular when an RAID card lower side cover is overlapped with an upper side cover. The RAID card is inserted into the RAID card case, and is fixed to the position to install in an industry personal computer (PC) with a double sided tape or a cable tie. The RAID card case comprises an HDD or solid state disc (SSD) side groove in the RAID card lower side cover, and comprises a main board side groove in the RAID card upper side cover.
