    • A method of manufacturing a light weight carbonization aggregate and energy resource using service water and sewage sludge is provided to make service water and sewage sludge into light weight aggregate through a carbonization process and to use a heat additionally generated from the through a carbonization process. A method of manufacturing a light weight carbonization aggregate and energy resource using service water and sewage sludge comprises steps of: inputting the service water and sewage sludge into a first low temperature pressurizing drying unit, pressurizing the service water and sewage sludge for 5 minutes at a low temperature of 100‹C-200‹C and a pressure of 100 PSI, dehydrating and drying the service water and sewage sludge; inputting sludge first dried to a molding compression unit(11) using a transfer conveyor system(L10) and inputting the sludge first dried into a second low temperature pressurizing drying unit using a transfer conveyor system(L11) by pressing and forming the sludge in order to a desired plastic material. The moldings passing through the second drying step comprise an organic compound and an inorganic material. A percentage of water content of the moldings drastically drops by passing the moisture which the organic compound comprises through the first drying process and the second drying process and a molding of the sludge is maintained by making an assemble of the inorganic material good.
