    • PURPOSE: An assembly member and an assembly method are provided to achieve improved stability of coupling between an external terminal and a sealing plate, and reduce procedures and costs for sealing. CONSTITUTION: An assembly member(10) having a head(11) fixes an external terminal(20) having a through hole(21) formed through the center of the external terminal, to a sealing plate(30) having a coupling hole(31). The assembly member has a main body(12) where a linear taper portion(40) is formed in such a manner that the diameter of the main body decreases as it goes from the head toward the opposite end. An assembly method comprises a first step of inserting the main body of the assembly member into the through hole formed through the external terminal such that the bottom surface of the head and the external terminal surface contact with each other, and performing an electrical spark welding process such that the head and the external terminal are integrated with each other and sealing the through hole of the external terminal; a second step of inserting the tapered main body into the coupling hole of the sealing plate such that a space is formed between the main body of the assembly member and the coupling hole of the sealing plate; and a third step of pressing an end of the main body such that the main body of the assembly member is transformed, a part of the transformed portion fills the space formed between the main body and the coupling hole, and the other part of the transformed portion constitutes a flange for covering the lower portion of the coupling hole.

    • A no-terminal welding method of a terminal plate for an electrolytic condenser is provided to improve lifespan and performance of the condenser by minimizing electrical resistance. In a no-terminal welding method of a terminal plate for an electrolytic condenser, the electrolytic condenser uses a bake-lite and an Al rivet. The Al rivet is partially plated by Ni and Sn to solve a soldering problem after insertion of a set-PCB(Printed Circuit Board). The electrolytic condenser does not use a steel terminal and an Al washer to reduce electrical resistance. The electrolytic condenser uses the Al rivet to smooth electrical conduction inside.
