      이를 위해, 본 발명은 스판텍스폴리우레탄필름코팅원단의 일측부가 벌어진 형태로 스판텍스폴리우레탄필름코팅원단을 재단하는 단계; 스판텍스폴리우레탄필름코팅원단의 벌어진 부분의 각 근접면을 접착 결합하는 단계; 스판텍스폴리우레탄필름코팅원단을 하부금형의 상면에 안착하는 단계; 스판텍스폴리우레탄필름코팅원단의 폴리우레탄필름코팅층 부분을 하부금형의 성형부 내면에 진공 흡착하는 단계; 스판텍스폴리우레탄필름코팅원단이 진공 흡착된 성형부의 내부로 폴리우레탄수지를 주입하는 단계; 하부금형의 상면에 상부금형을 덮고 일정 시간동안 일정 온도로 가열하여 폴리우레탄수지를 발포 성형 및, 발포성형물의 외면에 스판텍스폴리우레탄필름코팅원단을 융착하는 단계;로 이루어진 것이다.

    • PURPOSE: A two-way digital conversion audio transmission system is provided to transmit digital sound from the input unit of an audio signal to the output unit of the audio signal by changing an analog signal into a digital signal. CONSTITUTION: A second PLD(Program Logic Device)(630) establishes a first group from a second sound system which is connected from a first channel to an eighth channel through a HDL(Hardware Description Language) code. The second PLD establishes a second group from the second sound system which is connected from a ninth channel to sixteenth channel. The second PLD establishes a third group from the second sound system which is connected to seventeenth channel or a twenty fourth channel. The second PLD establishes the second sound system which is connected a second anal signal input channel unit(620) as a fourth group. The second PLD transmits the grouped analog signal to a second ADC(Analog Digital Converter) chip(660) according to the control signal of a second MCU(Machine control unit).

Also, an aeration line(78) is installed at lower part of a net-shaped aeration pipe(73), so, air circulation is smooth. CONSTITUTION: Many hourglass-shaped contact media(74), which are made from polyethylene material, are packed between two stainless nets(77) irregularly. Aeration is stopped periodically, and air is injected from a back-washing line(70) to lower part of packed layer of hourglass-shaped contact media(74). Then, surplus microorganisms which are attached to hourglass-shaped contact media(74) is come apart, and is collected in sludge tank(75). Sewage treated in a primary aeration tank(51) and a second aeration tank(52) flows into sedimentation tank(53).
