    • A keypad for a portable terminal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a key and boss on upper/lower surfaces of a single key sheet by using UV cure type liquid resin, thereby simplifying a manufacturing process and improving contact reliability between the key and the boss. A key groove(KH) of a key mold(G1) is filled with UV cure type liquid resin(UL). UV is applied while compressing a key sheet(10) on the key mold(G1) so that the UV cure type liquid resin is cured as a key(20). A boss groove of a base mode(G2) is filled with the UV cure type liquid resin. UV is applied while compressing an upset key sheet on the base mold so that the UV cure type liquid resin is cured as a boss(30). A font(40) is prepared in a surface of the key.
