    • PURPOSE: A hydraulic switching seat valve is provided to absorb impact to the seating surface of a piston against valve seat by discharging the volume of hydraulic mediums with a restriction unit and a flow path to a tank. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic switching seat valve(V) comprises a piston(13), an actuating port(10), a tank port(11), a pressure port(12), and a pilot pressure port(14). The piston is linearly moved between two switching positions by pilot pressure inside a chamber(26) of a housing(25) in a stroke moving direction. The piston comprises at least one piston front end part and seating surfaces(45,46). The piston shuts off one of valve seats(43) by mechanically interlocking the seating surfaces with the other valve seat. The actuating port is arranged between the valve seats. The tank port is arranged on one side of the valve seats and is separated from the actuating port. The pilot pressure port is arranged on the other side of the valve seats and is separated from the actuating port.

    • PURPOSE: A switching seat valve and a high-voltage circuit breaker are provided to reduce the impact acting on the seat surface of the piston by controlling the hydraulic media discharged through the flow passage to a tank, thereby preventing the abrasion of the valve. CONSTITUTION: A switching seat valve(V) comprises a piston(13), one or more tank ports(11), a pressure port(12), a pilot pressure port(14), and a throttle member(23). The piston is linearly moved between two switching positions in a chamber(26) by the pilot control pressure. Seat surfaces(45,46) which block one of valve seats(43,44) provided in the chamber by interlocking with the selected valve seat are formed on the exterior of the piston. The throttle member reduces the movement of the piston using hydraulic media discharged from the chamber by at least a front part of the piston while the piston moves toward the switching positions.
