The inclined precipitating module is spaced apart from the bottom side of the precipitating section frame. The overflow preventing plate covers the entire upper side and both lateral sides of the inclined precipitating module.

The floor frame is integrated with a strip plate(12) in lattice, and the fastener is put on the corner of a perporated corner which is arranged at the floor frame and has a bolt hole formed thereof. The support bolt is inserted into the bolt hole of the fastener. The nut is fixed to the support bolt and the fixing bolt.

In a contact oxidation tank comprising a filter media, the contact oxidation tank comprises a microporous plate(30) which is manufactured by integrally forming a plurality of synthetic resin chips, in which capillary tubes formed between the synthetic resin chips have a pore size of 10 to 1,000 mum, and which is installed between an air diffuser and a filter media layer(10) to diffuse uniformly backwashing water(50), backwashing air(50) or aerating air into the filter media layer. The backwashing direction is a downward or an upward direction. The filter media layer is formed of at least one selected from the group consisting of a spent tire, a porous polyethylene resin, synthetic resins, gravel, quartz porphyry, shells, ocher balls, sand, ceramics, and activated carbons.

A perforated block supporting structure for an underdrain comprises supporting plates(30) positioned on circumferences of front and rear faces of one or more perforated blocks(20) and fixed to series connecting faces between the perforated blocks and bent to support the perforated blocks, wherein respective horizontal bent faces of the supporting plates are supported by clamping members. The clamping members are combinations of anchor bolts(40) and nuts(41). The perforated block supporting structure further comprises: supports(50) installed on front and rear faces of bottoms of the perforated blocks such that lower parts of the anchor bolts are fixedly joined with the supports; a plurality of catching protrusions(22a) which are formed on outer walls of the perforated blocks in a predetermined distance, and into which bent support plates(60) are inserted such that both ends of the bent support plates are joined with the anchor bolts; and sealing members(11b,13a) for maintaining air tightness and water tightness between wall bodies(11) or bottom faces and the perforated blocks. Further, the sealing members are one of O-rings or flanges.
