CONSTITUTION: A brush ejecting type electric mascara includes a body(10), a battery(23), a motor housing(20), a motor(30), a rotating member(40), a lifting member(50), a rotating plate, a spring(71), a rotary shaft(70), a guiding tube(80), and an adjusting tube(90). A stepped portion is formed at the inner-upper circumferential surface of the body which forms the outer shape of the mascara. The battery is built in the body. A switch is installed on one side surface of the motor housing. An actuating shaft is installed on the end portion of the motor which is supplied with power from the battery in order to rotate. The rotating member is equipped with an insertion groove into which the actuating shaft is inserted, and plural latching protrusions for lifting at regular distances. A through hole is formed at the center of the lifting member, and guiding pieces are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the lifting member. Latching protrusions for rotating are formed at the lower side of the rotating plate of which the circumferential surface is equipped with leading pieces. The spring elastically supports the rotating plate. The rotary shaft is formed to be protrusive from the center of the upper surface of the rotating plate. Expansion grooves are formed at the central portion of the guiding tube. Lifting grooves are formed on the lower circumferential surface of the adjusting tube.

Further, the outer circumference of each gear is saw-toothed(112), and the inner circumference of a ratio adjustment rotary part(102) functioning as a belt is also saw-toothed(114), such that both gears rotate at the same degree, following the rotation of the ratio adjustment rotary part.
