      본 발명은 불특정 다수간의 통신회선을 연결하여 상호간에 음성 및 데이터 통신이 이루어지도록 하는 유무선 통신망과; 사용자의 조작에 따라 유무선 통신망을 통해 어학학습을 지원하는 외부와 통신접속을 수행하고, 통신접속 후 외부로부터 입력된 메뉴 데이터에 따라 문장이나 단어를 발음하는 사용자의 음성 신호를 외부로 출력하며, 사용자의 발음에 따른 어학학습 결과 데이터를 외부로부터 입력받는 복수의 통신 단말기와; 복수의 외국어의 표준 발음에 대한 데이터를 데이터베이스로 구축하고, 유무선 통신망을 통해 복수의 통신 단말기의 통신접속이 이루어지면 각 사용자들이 어학학습을 수행하기 위한 메뉴 데이터를 해당 통신 단말기로 출력하고, 해당 통신 단말기 사용자가 선택하는 메뉴에 해당하는 데이터를 출력하고, 해당 통신 단말기 사용자가 특정한 단어 또는 문장을 발음하면 해당 음성신호를 입력받아 저장하고, 저장된 각 사용자의 음성 신호를 주파수-시간 도메인으로 그래픽화하여 표준 발음 데이터와의 패턴을 분석하며, 패턴 분석에 따른 어학학습 결과 데이터를 해당 통신 단말기로 출력하는 메인 서버를 포함하여 구성된다.
      따라서, 본 발명은 통신 단말기 사용자들이 장소와 시간에 구애됨이 없이 유무선 통신망에 연결된 메인 서버를 통해 사용자 자신의 발음이 표준 발음과 어느 정도 일치하는지를 쉽게 확인할 수 있으므로 적은 비용으로 효율적인 발음 교정 효과를 누릴 수 있다.
