    • PURPOSE: A waste pyrolysis gasification and incineration system is provided to increase the combustion of wastes because vibration is generated while in the state that a grate unit is installed in both sides of an incinerator so that the generation of bridges and clinkers is prevented when burning the wastes. CONSTITUTION: A waste pyrolysis gasification and incineration system comprises an incinerator(40), a waste heat boiler(50), a dry reactor(60), primary and secondary filter dust collectors(70,80), a selective catalyst reactor(90), and a grate unit(120). The incinerator is arranged in an inner side of a closed building(10) and burns wastes which are provided from a waste transferring unit(30). The waste heat boiler is connected to the incinerator and recovers heat generated in the incinerator. The dry reactor decrease dust of combustion gas generated by the waste boiler, harmful acidic gas, heavy metal, and organic harmful substances of dioxin. The primary filter dust collector collects fine dust of gas which has passed through the dry reactor and the secondary filter dust collector collects the fine dust of the gas which has passed through the primary filter collector. The selective catalyst reactor removes chemical gas which is not filtered by the secondary filter dust collector and chemicals through chemical reactions. The grate unit delivers the wastes received in a waste receiving hopper(110) to an inlet of the incinerator.

    • PURPOSE: A cover for pipes is provided to prevent the cover from being torn by preparing a cover comprising first-third cover layers and an aluminium foil layer. CONSTITUTION: A cover for pipes includes a cover layer. The cover layer is attached to the outside of the pipe in a multi-layered type. The cover layer includes a first cover layer (10), a second cover layer (20), a third cover layer (30), an aluminium foil layer (40), and a fourth cover layer. The first cover layer is made of polyethylene form and is attached to the outside of the pipe. The second cover layer is made of cross-linked polyetylene form and the inner surface is attached to the outside of the first cover layer. The third cover layer is made of nonwoven fabric and the inner surface is attached to the outside of the second cover layer. The inner surface of the aluminium foil layer is attached to the outside of the third cover layer. The fourth cover layer is made of nonwoven fabric and is attached between the pipe and the first cover layer.

    • PURPOSE: The maintaining method of a waste landfill is provided to evenly form enough oxygen in a waster matter layer and accomplish an early stabilization by purifying leachat while supplying air from the outside in a waste matter layer, dissolving oxygen, and supplying to a waste matter layer. CONSTITUTION: The maintaining method of a waste landfill includes following steps. A biological reaction is performed in the waste matter layer of a waste landfill(S1). Aerobe is injected to the waste matter layer and stabilizes by helping a biological reaction(S2). The waste matter layer completed with the reaction is classified into a combustion material and a inflammable material and is excavated(S3). After the excavating step, the drainage facility of a laminating structure is reorganized and the process of a compaction and a soil covering are performed(S4).
