The housing(11) has two inlets(12a,12b) and two outlets(13a,13b) through which the fluid enters and leaves the housing(11), and fixing members(15) received in spaces formed between the inlets and the outlets. The internal case(21) is installed on the outer surface of a rotating shaft that rotates in a bearing formed at the central portion of the housing(11). The movable members(25) are placed in the internal case(21), and move fluid introduced into the inlets to the outlets. Fluid paths(14a,14b) are formed along the inlets and the outlets, respectively.

A plurality of flanges(14) are radially formed on the exterior of the rotator. The cylinders, in which pistons(21) are installed and reciprocated, are radially fixed to the rotator. The weights are connected to the piston in each cylinder through a link. The cam track is installed eccentrically to the axis of the rotator. The first and second radial flow paths are formed inside the rotator.
