[해결수단] 세그먼트(1)를둘레방향과관 길이방향으로연결해서기설관내에갱생관이조립되어기설관이갱생된다. 세그먼트(1)에둘레방향을따라복수의너트(12)가고정되고, 각너트와나사부가형성된체결부재(11)의나사결합에의한체결에의해순차적으로세그먼트가너트의고정된세그먼트에대하여관 길이방향으로연결된다. 세그먼트에있어서의너트(12)의위치는그 세그먼트와인접하는세그먼트의너트의위치와둘레방향으로보아서오프셋되어있다. 이와같이너트의위치를옮김으로써체결부재와그것과나사결합되는너트의배치는전체로보아서지그재그형상이되어세그먼트의관 길이방향의연결강도를균일하게할 수있다.

    • PURPOSE: A rehabilitating pipe and a pipe rehabilitation method using the same are provided to form the high strength of an internal frame structure because an aramid fiber member is buried in filler charged between an existing pipe and the rehabilitating pipe. CONSTITUTION: A segment(1) of a rehabilitating pipe comprises an inner surface plate(101), side plates(102,103), and end plates(104,105). The inner plate forms an inner periphery. The side plates and the end plates are erected on the edge of the inner plate and are formed in a single body by plastics. The segment is connected in the peripheral direction thereof and the longitudinal direction of a pipe to form a pipe unit. An aramid fiber wire is attached to the pipe unit.     • PURPOSE: A branch pipe lining material, a manufacturing method thereof and a branch pipe lining method thereof are provided to perform the high quality of branch pipe lining by improve the connection between the lining materials of a main pipe and a branch pipe by inserting a branch pipe lining material from a main pipe with a completed lining when a branch lining. CONSTITUTION: A branch pipe lining material(100) includes resin sheets(103,104) and a resin absorber(102). The resin sheet is arranged in the side going toward the branch tube of a flange(101). The resin sheet is composed of a thermoplastic resins(113a,115a) possible to be thermally welded with a main lining material. The resin absorber having a ring shape is arranged between the resin sheet and the flange absorber. The resin sheet is thermally fused with the resin absorber. The flange and the resin absorber are impregnated respectively with thermosetting resin. The flange and the resin absorber are combined by solidifying the thermosetting resin.
