The base is detachably installed in the cutting machine and a movable blade and a fixed blade(5) are mounted in the base. The pushing member is installed oppositely to the edge of the fixed blade. The pushing member pushes an opposite side of the fixed blade when the rod is cut. The pushing drive member is installed in the cutting machine or the base and pushes the pushing member to the rod.
