    • An apparatus for lifting a radioactive waste container is provided to facilitate a lifting operation of a lid and a transferring container by including a lifting hand and a lid lifting hook. A lifting device includes a body(10), a pair of wings(11), a lifting pole(12), a lifting hand(14b), and a crane lifting hook. The pair of wings are rotatably coupled in both ends of the body. A lifting pole and a lifting hand are attached to the lower part of each wing. The lifting pole and the lifting hand are coupled by the joint bolt. The lifting hand is made of the material different from the trunnion of the radioactive waste container. The crane lifting hook opens and closes the lid of the radioactive waste container.

A suitability of the container about an incident generated in the carrying process is evaluated(S19). The basic safety evaluation and the individual safety evaluation are performed in a process for designing or selecting the container at the same time.

    • A radioactive waste carrying safety assessment system evaluating safety in the radioactive waste by analyzing risk evaluation from an evaluation program through statistical data is provided to evaluate risk by using feedback data. A carrying condition for evaluating risk is inputted to a data input module(111). A risk evaluation module(112) evaluates the degree of danger according to the transporting course based on the inputted data. A comparative valuation module(113) compares risk and safety about an available path by using the calculated risk data.
