    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing system of an extruded profile and a manufacturing method of an extruded profile using the same are provided to improve the processability of a high-polymer composite by molding an extruded material through consecutive processes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing system of an extruded profile comprises an extruder(10), first and second extrusion molding devices(20,50), a cooler(30), first and second pulling devices(40,60), and a cutting device(80). The extruder mixes crystalline or semi-crystalline polymer with filler and extrudes the mixture. The first extrusion molding device firstly extrudes the mixture in a billet shape to form a firstly molded body(D1). The cooler cools the firstly molded body at a temperature less than a melting point. The first pulling device transfers the cooled firstly molded body. The second extrusion molding device heats the firstly molded body using a ultrasonic heater(52) to form a secondly molded body(D2). The second pulling device stretches the secondly molded body. The cutting device cuts the secondly molded body passing through the second pulling device.
