The subscriber transmits the subscriber ID information to the sound source manager and the subscriber contents manager transmits subscriber contents information to the sound source manager(230). The sound source manager requests an ID sound source from an ID sound source supplier and contents sound source from a contents sound source supplier(240). The ID sound source supplier provides a previously registered ID sound source and the contents sound source supplier provides a previously registered contents sound source to a sound source combining unit(250). The sound source combining unit combines ID ring-back tone sound sources and transmits them to the sound source manager(260). The sound source manager transmits the ID ring-back tone sound sources to the exchange(270). The exchange sends the ID ring-back tone to the origination terminal(280).

The calling side telephone network(200), checking the telephone number provided from the calling side telephone terminal(100), transfers the call to a relevant main communication company's operating part(300). An exchange(310) in the main communication company's operating part(300) selects a voice dedicated line(330) to an associated client according to a routing table(320). Then the exchange(310) transfers the call to a relevant company's client identification telephone number operating part(400) according to an inter-office call setup protocol. An exchange/PBX(410) in the company extracts a client identification telephone number after receiving the call. Based on the extracted client identification telephone number, the exchange/PBX(410) obtains a relevant client number from a client DB(420).

    • PURPOSE: A system of servicing multi telephone numbers is provided to have many virtual telephone numbers corresponding to substantial telephone numbers, and to inform other people of the virtual telephone numbers. CONSTITUTION: More than one customer telephone terminal(100) has at least more than one virtual telephone numbers and substantial telephone numbers. If a call is set by the substantial telephone numbers from a telephone terminal of a third party, the third communication service network(200) performs a call setting request through the first path. If a call is set by the virtual telephone numbers, the network(200) performs a call setting request through the second path. A multi telephone number repeater network(300) outputs the virtual telephone numbers when the call setting request is coming from the virtual telephone numbers via the third communication service network(200). A multi telephone number operator(400) stores at least more than one virtual telephone numbers corresponding to substantial telephone numbers according to a customer's request, and checks whether the substantial telephone numbers are matched with the virtual telephone numbers, when the call setting request is coming from the virtual telephone numbers. If the virtual and the substantial numbers are matched, the multi telephone number operator(400) requests a speech call setting with the third party and the customer telephone terminal(100) to the multi telephone number repeater network(300).

    • PURPOSE: A customer identification phone number service method and a system for executing thereof are provided to transfer a unique number for each customer to a company's telephone system through caller ID service so that the company can identify a customer immediately when the company receives a telephone call. CONSTITUTION: A customer identification phone number system is comprised of a calling side terminal(100), a calling side telephone network(200), a customer identification phone number operation part(300), a called side telephone network(400), a company telephone system(500), and an Internet network(600). The calling side terminal(100) provides a destination number for call setup to the calling side telephone network(200). The calling side telephone network(200) confirms the numbering system of the phone number provided from the calling side terminal(100) and transfers the call to a telecom company. In case that the telecom company recognizes the call as a customer identification phone number, the telecom company transfers it to an exchange/CTI server(310). The exchange/CTI server(310), receiving the call, drives a number conversion process(311) to verify whether the customer identification phone number exists in a customer identification called number DB(320). In case that the customer identification phone number exists, the exchange/CTI server(310) converts the destination number into a company phone number and generates a telephone call again. The telephone call is transferred to a company ARS/CTI(510) in the company telephone system(500) through the called side telephone network(400). Receiving the telephone call, the company ARS/CTI(510) immediately confirms whether the transmitted calling number is a customer identification phone number.
