    • PURPOSE: A heat exchange module per household for district or central cooling/heating and hot water supply is provided to respectively receive hot water and cold water from a heat source and a freezer installed in a combined heat and power plant or the machinery room in a building, thereby directly supplying the hot water to a user. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange module per household for district or central cooling/heating and hot water supply includes a circulating pump(9), a hot water returning control valve(10), a cold water supply control valve(13) at a heating pipe, a cold water returning control valve(14) at the heating pipe, a cold water supply control valve(16) at a fan coil(15), and a controlling part(17). The circulating pump forcibly circulates hot water, which is heated by a heat exchanger(6), through the heating pipe(8), and controls the amount of the hot water. The hot water returning control valve controls the flow rate of the hot water returning through the heating pipe. The cold water supply control valve at the heating pipe and the cold water returning control valve at the heating pipe control cold water supplied through a cold water supply pipe(11) and the cold water returning to a freezer through a cold water returning pipe(12) after circulating through the heating pipe in each room. The cold water supply control valve at the fan coil controls the amount of the cold water supplied to the fan coil in response to the output signal from the controlling part.
