摘要： PURPOSE: A biodegradable oxide cellulose nonwoven fabric made of nano fiber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to supply the biodegradable oxide cellulose nonwoven fabric functioning as a membrane through which cells and blood proteins are not penetrated. CONSTITUTION: Distilled water and ethanol are added to acetone to make aqueous solutions. The cellulose acetate of 10-30 weight% is dissolved in the aqueous solution. A nano nonwoven fabric is made by electrospinning and deacetylating the solution. The nano nonwoven fabric is oxidized in N2O4 solutions. The nano nonwoven fabric is neutralized by using sodium hydroxide solution in the N2O4 solution. The neutralized nonwoven fabric is baptized in the mixture of the water and isopropyl alcohol and is dried in the air.

摘要： PURPOSE: A nanofiber nonwoven fabric with a chitosan film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer a nano fiber nonwoven fabric by forming a chitosan film using a self-assembly layer-by-layer method. CONSTITUTION: A nanofiber surface of a nonwoven fabric is dipped in the polymer electrolyte solution during a predetermined time and washed. A first thin film is formed by dipping a nanofiber nonwoven fabrics in a sodium alginate solution and washing. A second thin film is formed by the nano fiber nonwoven fabric in a chitosan solution and washing. A first thin film forming process and a second thin film forming process are sequentially executed about 2~9 times. A polyelectrolyte used for a fabrication process is polyethyleneimine. The fabrication process executes a washing process which dips a nano fiber nonwoven fabric for 15~25 minutes in a polyethyleneimine solution and dips in the distilled water for 3~7 minutes at least three times. A first thin film forming process executes a washing process which dips a nano fiber nonwoven fabric for 15~25 minutes in a alginic acid sodium salt solution and dips in the distilled water for 3~7 minutes at least three times.

CONSTITUTION: An absorbent material is the mixture of polyethylene oxide and a photo-initiator. The absorbent material is formed by cross-linking the polyethylene oxide based on radical bond. The molecular weight of the polyethylene oxide is between 100,000 and 300,000g/mol. The photo-initiator is selected from a group including carbonate, benzotriazole-based elements, benzophenone-based elements, substituted or non-substituted benzoic ester, acrylate, and sterically hindered amine-based elements.

摘要： PURPOSE: A crystalline polyester conjugate fiber having a low melting point and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the terminal stability and a bonding force at a high temperature by using polyester having lower melting point as a sheath component. CONSTITUTION: The esterification reaction for tPA(Terephthalic Acid), APA(Adipic Acid), EG(Ethylene Glycol), 1,4-BD(Butandiol) is performed. Ester reactant is transferred to a polycondensation reactor. For the ester reactant, antimony trioxide 0.03 wt% and tert-butyl titanate 0.01 wt% are inputted. A copolymerized crystalline polyester having a low melting point is used at sheath component. A polyethylene terephthalic acid chip is used at a core component, and a spinning operation is performed through spinneret.
