摘要： PURPOSE: A flush diaphragm type pressure sensor and a jig device thereof are provided to obtain an uniform sealing ability when welding a flush diaphragm type pressure sensor by forming a bent portion in an edge side of the flush diaphragm and attaching a washer for joining to the edge side of the flush diaphragm. CONSTITUTION: A flush diaphragm type pressure sensor comprises a housing(10), a mounting unit(20), and a connector(30). The housing comprises a hollow portion and a main circuit substrate and a pressure element are installed inside the hollow portion. The mounting unit is protected from one end part of the housing and a screw nut portion is formed in the outer circumference of the mounting unit. The connector is installed in the other of the housing. A pressure detecting chamber recessed toward an inner side is formed in a cross section of the mounting unit and sealed by the flush diaphragm. A pressure detecting hole is formed in the pressure detecting chamber to be communicated and extended to the hollow portion of the housing.
