    • PURPOSE: A probe for an ultrasonic diagnostic device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the degrade of performance of a piezoelectric by heat in installing work. CONSTITUTION: A probe for an ultrasonic diagnostic device comprises a sound absorption layer(310), a first connector(120), an earth connection part(130) and a piezoelectric body. The sound absorption layer comprises the sound trap. The first connector comprises the electrode which is formed into the arrangement direction to be separated. The first connector is welded between the sound traps. The earth connection part is welded between the sound trap to be separated with the first connector. The piezoelectric body is arranged to be electrically connected to electrode and earth connection part. The first connector and earth connection part, at least, one comprise the flexible printed circuit board.
