摘要： PURPOSE: A pressure sensor is provided to measure a large load by allowing the load to be transmitted from a piston member to a diaphragm through a fluid part. CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensor(100) comprises a diaphragm(1), a cylinder member(2), a fluid part(3), and a piston member(4). The diaphragm is attached with a strain gage(11). The cylinder member is extended downward from the bottom of the diaphragm and has a longitudinal through hole(21). The fluid part is arranged in the through hole in order to contact the bottom of the diaphragm. The piston member comprises a load transmission part(41) which is inserted in the through hole in order to contact the bottom of the fluid part and a load input part(42) which is connected to the load transmission part and receives a load through the bottom thereof.
