摘要： PURPOSE: A buff apparatus is provided to absorb heat in summer and perform an exothermic reaction in winter through a driving part. CONSTITUTION: A buff apparatus comprises a heat transfer pad(10), a driving part(20), a controlling part(30), and a power supply unit(40). The heat transfer pad is made of metal with high heat conductivity and has an elastic force in order to hang in a neck of a user. The heat transfer pad has a predetermined width. The driving part has a sheet form. A single side of the driving part is facing with the heat transfer pad. The driving part is comprised of a plurality of pins and thermoelectric element according to polarity of electrical energy. The controlling part controls on/off, endoergic, and exothermic reaction. The power supply unit supplies electrical energy to the thermoelectric element.
