    • A portable communication device, a computer readable recording medium recording a portable communication device control program, and a portable communication device control method are provided to apply for lock release of a PIN(Personal Identification Number) via a network from an IC application which the mobile communication device has and prevent dishonest lock release by using the second password which only the user can know. A portable communication device control method comprises the following several steps. The portable phone constantly monitors whether a PIN as the first password is locked or not(S21). If the first password is incorrectly entered three times repeatedly, the PIN is locked, and a lock flag on the IC chip of the contactless IC card is turned on(S22). The portable phone starts up the IC application in accordance with a user's manipulation(S23). The IC application invites the user to input the second password(S24). The portable phone compares the inputted second password with another second password stored in advance in the IC application of the portable phone itself(S25). The portable phone then determines whether the second password just inputted and the other second password stored in advance in the IC application of itself agree with each other(S26). If both of the second passwords do not agree with each other, the portable phone displays an indication of impossible lock release of the PIN(S27). Otherwise, if the inputted second password and the other second password stored in advance in the IC application agree with each other, the portable phone transmits confirmation information indicative of the agreement between both of the second passwords to an authentication server(S28). The authentication server receives the confirmation information(S29), transmits a command for PIN lock release to the portable phone, and notifies the portable phone of the PIN lock release(S30). The portable phone receives the command for PIN lock release from the authentication server(S31), and instructs the contactless IC card to turn off the lock flag on the IC chip(S32).
