摘要： A makeup cotton manufacturing device and a method are provided to prevent multi-layered cotton from being entangled by winding the multi-layered cotton together with an anti-entanglement cloth and to improve tensile strength by reinforcing binding power of the multi-layered cotton. A makeup cotton manufacturing device is composed of: a cotton fabric manufacturing unit(10) discharging cotton as a cotton fabric of one layer from plural carding machines(11) aligned in one row; a multi-layered cotton transfer unit(20) gradually stacking cotton fabrics of each carding machine discharged as the one-layered cotton fabric, in multiple layers; a multi-layered cotton entanglement preventing unit(30) stamping multi-layered cotton(a) and an anti-entanglement cloth by winding the multi-layered cotton and the anti-entanglement cloth, in order to minimize thickness and to prevent entanglement; a multi-layered cotton rewind unit unwinding the multi-layered cotton and fabrics impregnated with an adhesive agent to dispose the multi-layered cotton wound together with the anti-entanglement cloth, at the upper and lower parts and to stack the fabric between the multi-layered cottons and transferring the multi-layered cotton separately from the anti-entanglement cloth; an unfinished makeup cotton compression unit stamping the multi-layered cotton in the set thickness by compressing the upper and lower multi-layered cottons laminated with the fabric, by second stamping rollers arranged in zigzag and making the surface of the multi-layered cotton smooth; an unfinished makeup cotton drying unit spraying environment-friendly chemicals good for the skin on the transferred multi-layered cotton and drying the multi-layered cotton, and heating and pressing the dried multi-layered cotton; and a makeup cotton winding unit winding the transferred makeup cotton to minimize the thickness of the makeup cotton.
