摘要： PURPOSE: A complex functional non-woven fabric is characterized by thermo-fusing rapidly with micro wave, not needing to cure, using a little electric energy, radiating micro wave into the inside and the outside of fiber, being economical and being environmental friendly. The complex functional non-woven fabric is capable of decreasing process hours, increasing workability, reducing energy loss, adhering uniformly thick non-woven fabric web and sterilizing and drying hygienically the fiber. CONSTITUTION: The complex functional non-woven fabric comprises: a rayon/polyester mixed spunlace non-woven fabric(2) on a lower part; and a polypropylene super absorbent melt blown non-woven fabric(1) on an upper part. The complex functional non-woven fabric is obtained by the steps of: piling the rayon/polyester mixed spunlace non-woven fabric(2) and the polypropylene super absorbent melt blown non-woven fabric(1); and then radiating micro wave.
