    • PURPOSE: A method for speedy measuring of a positive ion substitution capacity by copper adsorption and a spectro-photometer is provided to simplify the analysis manipulation to be carried out in a short time by using a copper solution, thereby precisely recognizing an amount of fertilizer used in the soil at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: In a method for speedy measuring of a positive ion substitution capacity of soil, a copper solution is added to the soil to be adsorbed and saturated so that a concentration of remains of the copper solution is measured by a spectro-photometer, wherein the copper solution includes copper acetate, sulfur copper, chloride copper(II), phosphate copper, copper acetylacetonate, nitric acid copper, copper oxide and the like and has a concentration of 0.02-2N to be added to 0.1-20.0g of the soil so that copper ions are saturated and adsorbed to negative charges of the soil.

    • PURPOSE: A measuring method of effective phosphorus acid of soil with a spectrophotometer is provided to promote simple measuring of effective phosphorus acid in soil by measuring absorbance with a spectrophotometer after coloring the effective phosphorus acid in soil with molybdic acid-bismuth subcarbonate and ascorbic acid. CONSTITUTION: To produce molybdic acid-bismuth subcarbonate used as a coloring agent, bismuth subcarbonate is dissolved in sulfuric acid of high concentration, ammonium molybdate, molybdic acid, sodium molybdate or potassium molybdate are additionally dissolved in distilled water. The two kinds of solutions are mixed. After the molybdic acid-bismuth subcarbonate is produced, the liquid type molybdic acid-bismuth subcarbonate and powder type ascorbic acid are additionally added to soil sampling liquid and standard solution respectively to color the solutions. The sampling liquid is colored by additionally adding the molybdic acid-bismuth subcarbonate and the ascorbic acid. Then, the optimum absorbance wavelength for measuring phosphorus acid in soil is decided. The coloring agent is added to the standard phosphorus acid solution, and the absorbance thereof is measured to obtain a standard curved graph. The content of effective phosphorus acid in soil is obtained by the existing method and the current method. The measured content of effective phosphorus acid in soil is compared and analyzed. If molybdic acid-bismuth subcarbonate not containing ammonium is used as a coloring agent, the treatment cost of waste agent is reduced.

    • PURPOSE: A method is provided to estimate the available phosphate even when a power is not supplied, while reducing cost by adopting a common shaker. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of checking the volume of extraction of soil available phosphate; extracting and quantizing the soil available phosphate in accordance with a common method using a shaker; converting the quantized volume of available phosphate into the volume of a common method using a conversion coefficient; and comparing degree of analysis precision with respect to a common method. The solution extracted by Lancaster method is intermittently stirred during 1 to 60 minutes under the non-shaking condition. The solution is composed of CH3COOH, NH4F, (NH4)2SO4, NaOH, and lactic acid dissolved into a distilled water.
