CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the anticancer peptides from blood proteins of domestic animals comprises the steps of: collecting the blood from the domestic animals and treating them with antithrombin; centrifuging the blood to separate serum and blood corpuscle, and separating albumin and globulin by adding ethanol to the serum; removing stroma heme from the blood corpuscle, and centrifuging and precipitating it to separate globin; adding a protease to albumin, globulin and globin to hydrolyze them; and subjecting the hydrolysate to gel chromatography and ultracentrifugation to isolate the anticancer peptides, in which the protease is microbial serine protease or metalloprotease.

    • PURPOSE: A hydrochloric acid hydrolysis method for manufacturing silk amino acid and silk peptide by using silkworm is provided to improve immunity, protect a human body from a variety of harmful elements and promote metabolism and nutrition supply. CONSTITUTION: High-quality silkworm is cut into 3 parts after removing a pupa and washed with purified water. Water and NaHCO3 5% solution are mixed in a ratio of 10:1 and boiled at 100deg.C for 2 hours for a primary washing. NaHCO3 1% solution is mixed and boiled at 100deg.C for 1 hour for a secondary washing to eliminate Serisin and residual NaHCO3. The cut silkworm is dried by using a dryer and dissolved in 1.5N HCl at 100deg.C for 48 hours without pressure. The dissolved material is aged for 24 hours and cooled. The color of the material is black. The pH of the cooled material solution is 7 by adding NaOH and about 15% of refined salt is produced. The black material solution is decolored/deodorized by using active carbons and filtered by using a filter. The filtrate is desalted by using a desalting machine and decompression-concentrated. The concentrate is dried and pulverized to be powder by using lyophilization and spray-drying methods. The dried powder is packed in a stick or a bottle.

    • PURPOSE: An enzyme hydrolysis method for manufacturing silk amino acid and silk peptide by using silkworm is provided to distinctly reduce the discharge of contaminated materials and to prevent the accident in a working place. CONSTITUTION: High-quality silkworm is cut into 3 parts after removing a pupa and washed with purified water. Water and NaHCO3 5% solution are mixed in a ratio of 10:1 and boiled at 100deg.C for 2 hours for a primary washing. NaHCO3 1% solution is mixed and boiled at 100deg.C for 1 hour for a secondary washing to eliminate Serisin and residual NaHCO3. The cut silkworm is dried by using a dryer. A decomposing tank is heated at 121deg.C for 1-2 hours to make a completely sterilized condition. The inside of the tank is cooled up to 30deg.C and pH is fixed as 7. Sterilized enzyme is decomposed in the tank at 50-55deg.C for 72 hours for decomposing 50% of the silkworm. The activity of the enzyme is eliminated by heating the tank at 100deg.C for 1-2 hours. The temperature of the tank is cooled to 30deg.C after eliminating the activity of the enzyme. Remaining silkworm is filtered and collected for reusing in a next decomposing step. The filtrate is stirred for 30 minutes by using active carbons and the active carbons are eliminated by using a filter presser and a micro filter. The filtered solution is concentrated under the temperature of below 50deg.C. The concentrate is dried to get light yellowish powder of silk amino acid and peptide. The powder is packed in a stick or a bottle.

The material prepared is puckery, bright yellowish brown powder and can be melt in ethanol and acetone and can not be melt in benzene, chloroform and ether, and absorbs 256 plus or minus 280 nm of UV spectrum.
