A brightness and color control module of a navigation system includes a color control server(100), an interface unit(200), and a color control client(400). The interface unit receives the color code from the color control server, re-transmits the color code, and transfers a color code request signal to the color control server. The color control client receives the color code from the interface unit, displays the color code, and transmits a color code request signal to the interface unit in order to update the color code according to peripheral environment.
