      또한 본 발명은 몰드(2)로 용강이 유입될 때 시간을 지연시켜 몰드(2) 내의 용강(4)과, 몰드(2) 내로 투입되는 용강(40의 온도 차이를 최소화하여 용강(4)이 몰드(2) 내부로 유입될 때 발생하는 초기 응고로 인한 주편 결함 발생을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.
