    • PURPOSE: Provided is a grease composition for a wiper linkage of a car, which is excellent in adhesive property, washing water resistance, and shear stability by using a urea-based grease thickener and polybutene and ethylene propylene polymer as adhesion improvers. CONSTITUTION: The grease composition contains a base oil, 10-25wt% of the urea-based grease thickener(formula 1: R1NH-CO-NH-C6N4-p-CH2-p-NH-CO-NHR2), 2.0-4.0wt% of the polybutene having a molecular weight of 50,000-100,000, and 1.0-2.0wt% of the ethylene propylene polymer having a molecular weight of 100,000-200,000, wherein the base oil is a synthetic lubricant oil comprising poly alpha olefin and mineral oil and has a kinematic viscosity of 6-10cSt at 100deg.C. In the formula, R1 and R2 are independently or simultaneously C6-C7 aromatic hydrocarbon or cyclohexyl or C6-C20 aliphatic hydrocarbon.

    • A manufacturing method of the biodegradation grease and the biodegradation grease composition manufactured by the same method are provided, which improve biodegradation property while maintaining physical property. A manufacturing method of the biodegradation grease comprises: dissolving the base oil selected among the castor oil, the rape oil, and the soybean oil and synthetic ester base oil by heating and stirring at 80 ~ 90 deg.C; reacting while adding lithium based material and stirring; raising the temperature of the reactor to 150 ~ 160 deg.C if the reaction is completed and stirring after putting more than one selected among the castor oil, the rape oil, the soybean oil, and synthetic ester base oil; raising the temperature of the reactor to 185 ~ 190 deg.C and stirring; and putting more than one base oil selected among the castor oil, rape oil, soybean oil, and synthetic ester base oil and cooling while stirring.

    • A method for preparing a molybdenum complex is provided to obtain the molybdenum complex having an amide and an ester-based ligands as an additive for improving the physical properties of a lubricating oil. A method for preparing a molybdenum complex comprises the steps of: (a) adding a fatty acid such as oleic acid, castor oil, rape oil, coconut oil and tollow oil and diethanolamine and agitating it at a temperature of 130-140 deg.C for 3-5 hours to obtain an amide compound, wherein the reaction in each step is performed on base oil; and (b) after mixing glycerol monostearate(GMS) with the amide compound obtained from the step(a), mixing an aqueous solution of ammonium heptamolybdate therewith, wherein the molar ratio of the glycerol monostearate and the ammonium heptamolybdate is 1:0.009-0.01.
