    • According to an embodiment of the present invention, a mounting device capable of absorbing vibration includes: an outer housing fixed to a vehicle body on one side and provided with an insertion hole on an upper portion; a mounting shaft having a lower portion inserted in the external housing through the insertion hole; a core enclosing the outer surface of the lower portion of the mounting shaft, with a lower end portion protruding downwards; a first nozzle valve spaced apart from the core and disposed below the core; an inner housing disposed to be spaced apart from one side and the other side of the core, whereby the nozzle valve is mounted to a lower portion thereof; a chamber separator to separate a first chamber formed between one side of the core and the inner housing, with an upper portion being fixed to the lower end of the core and the lower end being slid on the top surface of the first nozzle valve, and a second chamber formed between the other side of the core and the inner housing; and an elastic member provided in the space between the core and the inner housing and between the inner housing and the outer housing, except for the first chamber and the second chamber. The first chamber and the second chamber are filled with a fluid, and the first nozzle valve may be formed with a first nozzle to connect the first and second chambers.

The core is joined to a hanger bracket (31) protruding from the lateral side of the housing through a fixing bolt. The bottom of the housing and the outer circumference of a protrusion (12) are separately formed with a first air hole and a second air hole in order to allow air to flow in the first and second chambers according to the elastic transformation of the insulator.
