    • According to an embodiment of the present invention, a mounting device capable of absorbing vibration includes: an outer housing fixed to a vehicle body on one side and provided with an insertion hole on an upper portion; a mounting shaft having a lower portion inserted in the external housing through the insertion hole; a core enclosing the outer surface of the lower portion of the mounting shaft, with a lower end portion protruding downwards; a first nozzle valve spaced apart from the core and disposed below the core; an inner housing disposed to be spaced apart from one side and the other side of the core, whereby the nozzle valve is mounted to a lower portion thereof; a chamber separator to separate a first chamber formed between one side of the core and the inner housing, with an upper portion being fixed to the lower end of the core and the lower end being slid on the top surface of the first nozzle valve, and a second chamber formed between the other side of the core and the inner housing; and an elastic member provided in the space between the core and the inner housing and between the inner housing and the outer housing, except for the first chamber and the second chamber. The first chamber and the second chamber are filled with a fluid, and the first nozzle valve may be formed with a first nozzle to connect the first and second chambers.

The main rubber part is located at the inside the housing and divide the inner space of the housing into an upper chamber and a lower chamber(50). The inertia track is arranged along the outer edge of the housing and allows fluid to flow between the upper and lower chambers. The decoupler is extended from both ends of the main rubber part to the housing.

The nozzle is closely installed along inner periphery of rubber and partitions space between an upper fluid chamber(10) and a lower fluid chamber(20). The cover plate is connected to the upper side of the nozzle and comprises one or more holes(70) in the center. The orifice is connected to one side of the cover plate and forms a fluid path by passing through the nozzle and being connected to the lower fluid chamber. The decoupler is connected to the center of the nozzle.

CONSTITUTION: A damper device(1) of a drive shaft for a vehicle comprises an elastic member(10), a banding member(20), a mass(30), and an orifice duct line(40). The elastic member is mounted on the outer circumference of the drive shaft along a circumferential direction. The banding member is separately installed in both ends of the elastic member in order to fix the elastic member. The mass is mounted on the inner circumference of the elastic member along the circumferential direction. The orifice duct line penetrates the elastic member and a mass in the outer circumference of the drive shaft. A space between the drive shaft and elastic member is formed with a sealed space(50) for filling air in the longitudinal direction.

    • The present invention relates to an engine mount for vehicle using a liquid existing within an insulator as a working fluid, more specifically, to an integrated type engine mount comprising the structure formed by integrally welding a based bracket, an upper housing, and a bracket existing on a car body and then pressing the insulator and a case bracket. The present invention implements a new shape mount structure having a gentle round instead of incomplete edge on an area to which the insulator is connected by hemming on the upper end of the case bracket whereby the insulator is vulcanized. Therefore, the integrated type engine mount for vehicle can maintain stable adhesive due to securement of enough adhesive face, and enhance durability to improve stress concentration of the edge. Moreover, the integrated type engine mount for vehicle can solve anti-rust problem by inhibiting peeling of paints when pressing the insulator.
