    • PURPOSE: A jig for testing the collision performance of a brake pedal is to obtain a test result similar to that of a real vehicle test in a test using a unit jig, thereby reducing the costs for a real vehicle test. CONSTITUTION: A jig for testing the collision performance of a brake pedal comprises a base plate(10), upper mounting holes(111), lower mounting holes(112), upper supporting brackets(21), lower supporting brackets(22), a first specimen fixing rod(31), and a second specimen fixing rod(32). Mounting faces are formed in both sides of the base plate. The upper mounting holes are formed in both mounting faces of the base plate to be mutually symmetric. The lower mounting holes are formed under the upper mounting holes in both mounting faces. Each one end of the upper supporting brackets is connected to both upper mounting holes, and each other end of the upper bracket is fixed to the mounting face of one side of the base plate. Each one end of the lower supporting bracket is connected to both lower mounting holes, and each other end of the upper bracket is fixed to the mounting face on the other side of the base plate. The first specimen fixing rod is supported by being connected to joining members across the upper supporting brackets in both sides of the base plate. The second specimen fixing rod is supported by being connected to the joining members across the lower supporting brackets in both sides of the base plate.
