    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a head lining for a vehicle is provided to reduce the manufacturing time and costs by employing a folding guide and a wrapping tool to automate a wrapping process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a head lining for a vehicle is as follows. A raw sheet(200) is prepared. The surface material of the raw sheet is attached to a side of a plastic base and an end of the raw sheet is bent. The surface material on the exposed end of the raw sheet is supported with a wrapping tool(120) and the base of the exposed end is heated by a heater(140). The raw sheet is pressed by a folding guide(130) on a support so that only the bent end of the raw sheet is exposed. The heater is removed and the wrapping tool is horizontally transferred to hold the exposed end of the raw sheet. The wrapping tool is vertically transferred to thermally bond the bases on the end of the raw sheet.
