    • A universal waste gate valve (10) of the present invention is characterized by the formation of a chamber (K) surrounding a connecting unit (3), through which exhaust gas leaked from a bypass path (7) connected to a turbocharger (1) escapes; and of an inner clearance (C), for spreading of the exhaust gas coming out of the connecting unit (3) to the chamber (K), in an interior space of the chamber (K); and by provision of a flame leak cutoff member (20), where an outer clearance (B) for discharging to the outside the exhaust gas charged in the chamber (K) is formed between an outer periphery border face of the chamber (K) and a securing face of the connecting unit (3), a possibility where the exhaust gas discharged to the outside forms an extended leak path to be discharged as a flame leak can be fundamentally prevented, and in particular, safety against flame leak in turbochargers of gasoline engines in a relatively higher temperature condition than turbochargers of diesel engines can be secured.

    • The present invention relates to a method for bonding an Ex-Mani for a vehicle, wherein the method bonds a joint part which exhaust gas is joined in and penetrates to a turbine housing with an induction brazing method using copper-based filler metal and a high-frequency induction coil, thereby relieving fatigue strength in a bonding part between the turbine housing and the joint part, and preventing bonding defects such as thermal deformation, spatters, cracks, or back beads. More specifically, the present invention provides the method for bonding the Ex-Mani including the turbine housing and the joint part which discharges the exhaust gas of a vehicular engine after joining the exhaust gas in a single path, wherein the method comprises: a step of separately installing the high-frequency induction coil outside the bonding part; a step of spreading or applying the filler metal on the bonding part; and a step of welding the filler metal by heating the high-frequency induction coil.
