The fixing protrusion is integrally formed to the support part-fixing unit. The latch is installed to the groove.

An elastic member(13) is inserted to the groove to release engagement between the knob and the horizontal wing so as to allow direction of the horizontal wing and a vertical wing to be controlled when the knob is forced in vertical direction.

Both end of the spring is formed as a hook type, and the hook of the spring is latched at a pin formed at both sides of the foam layer. The airbag door(10) is opened when the vehicle is collided, and at the same time, an airbag(20) is expanded by injecting gas into the airbag by an inflater(22). The opened door is not collided into a windshield glass by the spring having the storing force.
