CONSTITUTION: A sun visor retainer of a vehicle comprises a retainer body(24), a support part-fixing unit(28), and a locking unit(32). The retainer body is fixed to a head lining(3) and the retainer body forms an open part(25) on a side and forms the bottom surface as a support surface. A groove(27) is formed to the upper part of the open part. The support part-fixing unit integrally forms support protrusions(29). A coil spring(30) is wound around one of the support protrusions and the ends of the support protrusion are fixed to the inner wall of the groove and to the support part-fixing unit. An arc-shaped support groove(31) is formed to the support part-fixing unit. The locking unit comprises a fixing protrusion(33) and a latch(34). The fixing protrusion is integrally formed to the support part-fixing unit. The latch is installed to the groove.

The knob engaged with the horizontal wing is formed to be C-shaped so that an upper part of a body thereof covers the horizontal wing. A second protrusive stepped part is formed on an inner end of the body covering the horizontal wing to be engaged with the first protrusive stepped part of the horizontal wing. A groove(11a) is formed upwardly on an inside of a head part of the knob contacting with an upper end of the horizontal wing. An elastic member(13) is inserted to the groove to release engagement between the knob and the horizontal wing so as to allow direction of the horizontal wing and a vertical wing to be controlled when the knob is forced in vertical direction.

    • PURPOSE: An airbag door for a vehicle is provided to prevent a damage of a wind shield glass owing to an impact when the airbag door is opened by forming a notch type recess at a center of a foam layer of the airbag door and installing a spring having a restoring force at an inside of the foam layer. CONSTITUTION: A notch type recess(16) is formed at an intermediate portion of a foam layer of an airbag door in a traverse direction, and a part of a door layer(12) is exposed at a leading end of the notch type recess. A spring(18) having a storing force is installed at an inside of the foam layer(14). Both end of the spring is formed as a hook type, and the hook of the spring is latched at a pin formed at both sides of the foam layer. The airbag door(10) is opened when the vehicle is collided, and at the same time, an airbag(20) is expanded by injecting gas into the airbag by an inflater(22). The opened door is not collided into a windshield glass by the spring having the storing force.
